The Role: • You will be responsible for the creation and development of snack food seasonings a cross section of snack manufacturers in the UK and Europe. • You will manage multiple projects, support customers from the initial briefing through development trials to production scale up. • Nurturing and developing the customers to increase briefing and win rates • You will work across various functions including sales, marketing and applications within the company to ensure the highest possible quality of work is delivered to the customer. Qualifications: • A savoury experience in creation of snack seasonings, or development or application of seasonings or dried soups, sauces or noodles. • An appreciation of the geography of different taste profiles. • An excellent team member with the expertise to work to deadlines. • You need to be self-motivated and have good communication and presentation skills, with the relevant industry experience. • This is an amazing opportunity to join 1 of the major players in the Flavour industry, where career progression and personal development is a reality.
