Red Ventures is recruiting on behalf of a recruitment organisation that specialises within the FMCG & Customer Services, Telecoms, and Banking and Financial Services market. This is a highly profitable company and has experienced high levels of organic growth since its inception. They are now looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join their ERP team and specialise in placing Senior Appointment professionals in to the Retail and FMCG sector.
The company pride themselves on having a loyal client base and have worked with major blue chip companies such as Tesco, Pepsi + Co and Johnson & Johnson. They have a very successful ERP team currently, with individuals billing around £400k and some even billing £0.5million! There is also an option to gain 10% of shares if you meet certain targets.
What are they looking for?
• They will consider consultants at all levels but a minimum of 12 months experience is essential
• Experience of working within the ERP sector
• A mature and professional approach to handling clients and candidates
• Minimum of 150k per year billings
• Contract or permanent experience
• Highly self-motivated and driven to influence your own earnings
What are they offering?
• Basic Salary up to £35k
• Fantastic commission up to 30%
• 10% of shares available
• Warm desks
• Numerous incentives including Achievers Lunches etc
