Nestlé first Choice is recruiting now for an exceptional, high performing National Account Manager (NAM) to manage their
biggest account within the Wholesale & Convenience sector which represents a sizeable portion of Nestlé's customer
portfolio. Account managing the Symbols channel delivery and Nisa is a fantastic opportunity for the right individual to
make a sales manager name for themselves within Nestlé. As the National Account Manager you will develop and manage Nisa & Symbols, valued at c£20 million turnover whilst
working closely with allocated resources within Nestlé. You will be instrumental in:
*Developing our client's long-term sales and profit growth.
*Delivering the sales target within KPI's.
*Strong customer relationships through aligned Joint Business Plans to drive accelerated sales, share and profit targets.
*Leading and managing the relationship with your wholesaler accounts ensuring Nestlé brands achieve max growth. You will be a driven sales manager, with the energy to prove yourself within FMCG. Your sales manager career to date will
be within the FMCG sector and preferably in the Confectionary industry; if you have Wholesale or Convenience background
so much the better. You will also:
*Be able to demonstrate strong key account management expertise.
*Have the expertise to network quickly with decision makers to optimise sales output.
*Demonstrate strong sales analytical abilities.
*Have the expertise to work efficiently under pressure.
