Our client is a leading international fast track company who have grown throughout the recession and plan to launch a Dubai and New York office within the next 12 - 18 months.
Due to the continued demand from their clients they are looking for an experienced recruiter to take over their PHP desk as the existing consultant covering this area is moving onto a different part of the development sector. You will benefit from a developed client base and requirements are readily available. The focus is on placing candidates on a contract basis working closely with the permanent team.
In terms of success, a recent new hire placed 8 contractors in only their second month in the business so this is a great opportunity to join a highly successful, ambitious and driven team where you can really take advantage of their great commission structure.
What are they looking for?
• A background in recruiting contract developers with some exposure at least to PHP recruitment
• A track record of winning and managing client relationships
• A strong work ethos and passion for being part of a fast paced, ambitious company
• A self-managed, self motivated individual who can drive their own success with a positive and supportive business
• Ability to work autonomously with no micro-management Ideally a degree background

• £28,000 - £35,000
